Hand carry service
Your frozen embryos/gametes will be hand carried by our staff at all times. The shipper will accompnay our staff member on board to ensure continous monitoring.
Transport Temperature
Our shippers are validated to maintain temperatures consistently below –190 °C, ensuring the same cryogenic conditions as your IVF clinic’s storage tanks.
Insurance £9000
Embryoport offers direct compensation of £8,000 in the unlikely event of loss or damage to your frozen materials during transport. This payment comes directly from Embryoport, not a third-party insurer. Please note that professional indemnity insurance from other providers does not cover loss or damage to patient samples
Full refund
Refund Policy: We will provide a full refund if we are unable to transport your materials within two weeks of the agreed date

Our on-call embryologist can live-track the shipper using Apple AirTag technology. This allows us to locate the shipper in real time and take immediate action to safeguard the samples in the event of any incident during transport
Express delivery Short notice 24h!
We can arrange transport on short notice (within 24 hours), provided the IVF clinics are ready to proceed. Our express service for London transports is available for just £50 extra
